Puppy Haven

We love Puppy Haven! I really couldn’t say better things about them. The staff makes me really feel at ease leaving my pup there. They make an effort to get to know each of the dogs and it really shows. When you walk in and they know your dog by name and are excited to see her, it really means a lot. The facilities are great and I love that my dog gets some outdoor play time on a nice, sunny day! When she comes home, she’s literally exhausted from playing all day. Most days she falls asleep on the 10 minute drive home. The hours are fantastic and everything always feels clean. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

As doggie parents, we were feeling really guilty about leaving our 9 month old lab mix, Leon, home all day while we worked. We found PuppyHaven, and it has been a total game changer! He gets so excited to go, and has made so many friends (dog and human). We feel 100% comfortable leaving Leon in the care of these awesome professionals! He comes home happy and tired (see picture below from this past Tuesday).We highly recommend PuppyHaven!

Puppy Haven is the place to be! I recently moved to Atlanta and thankfully found PH. I can not speak highly enough about their professionalism, love for dogs and kind attitude. I was nervous about boarding my pup Roo, so I was very picky in making a decision where to board her while we had to make a trip out of town. I could not be more pleased with our experience with Puppyhaven! We tried out daycare prior to boarding overnight. The staff is incredibly caring and kind with Roo and in addressing any concerns or questions we had. I love getting to check in on the webcam and see Roo playing with all the other pups as well as getting lots of love and attention from the humans! We are super pleased with our experience and will continue to use Puppyhaven for all of our boarding and daycare needs that arise.

We have been sending our puppy to Puppy Have DH since our first week of adopting him (he was 14 weeks old at his first visit)! He now goes weekly for puppy daycare to spend time with all his furry friends and we have used them already twice in two months for multi-day overnight boarding and have another reservation set for Presidents Day weekend and he loves every minute of it.He JUMPS out of the car, runs to the gate, runs inside and heads straight to the back door (after kissing the front desk staff of course). We have made Puppy Haven a weekly must for our Charlie. I find myself glued to the Webcam during the dayto see him play with all his friends.The staff knows every dog by name after the first visit and they have very safe Covid-protocols making it a contactless drop-off/pick-up/payment every visit. I highly recommend the Downtown Roswell location of Puppy Haven, your pet will thank you!

We just started taking Rocky to Puppy Haven-Johns Creek and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff is very welcoming and has gone above and beyond to make Rocky feel comfortable. They have also been extremely helpful in answering any questions we have. The web-cams and the cute little Pup-date emails are an added bonus:) The facility is very well maintained and doesn’t smell at all! Rocky is very sociable and seems to really enjoy his time there. We highly recommend Puppy Haven – Johns Creek…..we can’t wait to go back next week!!

The first time I brought Leela to Puppy Haven, I was so nervous, I barely took my eyes off the camera feed all day. Since that first day, I’ve seen her grow much more comfortable around other dogs and integrate herself into the group instead of watching from afar. For her first overnight with someone other than my parents, I had no doubt that Leela would have a wonderful time with her friends (both canine and human). Puppy Haven also has wonderful staff who treat all the pups as if they were their own and I couldn’t ask for more

From the moment you walk in, it is incredibly evident that the staff at Puppy Haven is nothing short of attentive to your pup’s every need. The facility is immaculate, and the environment is warm and welcoming. Talking with them on the phone is always a pleasure, as each staff member is calm and friendly and ready to assist you with taking care of your pup. They do temperament tests to make sure that your pup is in with the good company and is not in harms way. They also provide you with a little “first day of school” report card, which shows where and how your pup enjoyed spending most of their time. I was thoroughly impressed with the system and even appreciated the complimentary webcams to check in on the pup (or if you’re having a bad day, you can look at the cams to see happy pups playing around). We LOVE Puppy Haven and are happy to be a part of the PH family!

Puppy Haven is hands down the best place for your pups to have a fun camp day or overnight boarding. They take such immense care of your pups just like one of their own. We recently had our puppy Batman boarded for 10 days and were on a cruise. They not only emailed me pics of my baby everyday but also gave me updates on his eating, sleeping and extra cuddle sessions. I think we were able to enjoy our cruise only with the reassurance of Batman being in such caring and loving hands. They know every dog by the name and as soon as your pup makes their way in, you can literally see how happy each puppy is to come here. Also not to forget, medicines and food – our puppy is picky, puppy Haven literally spoon feeds and ensures he eats all his meals and if he doesn’t they reach out and ask/ update. What more could you ask for? I can safely say, puppy Haven has made our life easier and relaxing every time we head out of town or even when Batman is at daycare for a fun camp day!
